Patrick Kelly is the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to working with the Nevada Hospital Association, Pat served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Shared Services at the West Virginia Hospital Association (WVHA). Pat also worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Legal Counsel for the West Virginia Health Care Association, Inc. He served as the managing member of the Charleston branch of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC and as general counsel for Governor Underwood of West Virginia.

Leslie Cerfoglio is the Program Coordinator for the Workforce Development grant programs. She has been with the Nevada Hospital Association since 2017 and previously held administrative support roles at Renown Health for nearly 20 years in both nursing and administration.

Christopher K. Lake, Ph.D.

Christopher Lake has worked at the NHA for more than a decade. He has developed many programs that are now fixtures within Nevada’s hospital and public health systems, such as spearheading the EMResource program, designing and implementing the Disaster Medical Facility system, creating the Master Mutual Aid Agreement, developing the NHA’s medical intelligence program, and facilitating a cohesive community resilience program throughout the state. Christopher has also worked as a financial consultant, paramedic, trauma system coordinator, EMS system manager, risk manager, and fire chief.

Erin Lynch is the Director of Financial Services. Prior to joining the NHA, Erin served as Nevada Medicaid's Chief of Programs and Access & Quality Unit. She managed medical policies for services covered under Nevada Medicaid and Nevada Check Up. Her responsibilities spanned inpatient and outpatient hospital services, surgical services, primary and specialty care, durable medical equipment, school health services, federally qualified health centers, rural health centers, public health clinics, Indian health services, ancillary services, and other qualified healthcare services. Additionally, Erin has significant experience in the Division of Public & Behavioral Health where she served as the Public Health Preparedness Program Manager & EMS Supervisor, Immunization Program Manager, and WebIZ Manager throughout the years.

Kim Nichols is the Executive Coordinator for Pat Kelly, President/CEO. Kim worked previously as the Administrator/LGBTQ+ Community Relations Liaison at Northern Nevada HOPES as well as volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Washoe County Court.
